FOUND: Pat Murphy in Moscow, Russia (capital of the former Soviet Union). He is the senior advisor for the Rule of Law for the United States Agency for International Development housed in the U.S. Embassy. No doubt he will make every effort to attend our Friday night hootenanny at Boone Tavern.
