Where in the world is Coy Landgreder McWaters?

FOUND: A perfect name for a perfect mystery and now solved. Coy McWaters is the new name. The mystery man was not such a mystery afterall. George G. knew the right clue. 
Coy lives outside the small Kentucky town of Bardwell. Now the question: will Coy be at the reunion. It's too early to tell.  
Jerry LaBrue, Max Fisher, George Gibson and Dale Chrisman are Coy's friends and they want to see him at the reunion this year.
